Porsche Museum (8th June)

There was a free excursion today sponsored by the international student organization to the Porsche Museum. It's only about 25 minutes by train from here, and it was free. So I went!

Entrance

There was some kind of special car show going on, which meant there were a lot of Porsches sitting outside the main entrance.

The start of the museum.
This is my favorite style/year. I think it's a 1953

I'm not really sure why this is painted like a pig meat diagram, but it is.

These were rad: Laser cut car, to see the inside of everything.

Showing rough clay to smooth clay to actual car looking model

An awesome automobile from 1934

And another one, which was ridiculously long

Resembling VW

A race car!

I think this is from the teens, like 1912 to 1914 maybe.

Fire truck from 1912! This is another of my favorite things at the museum.

Really old engine

Porsche has won a lot of trophies over the years.

I want a car this color purple

This color blue, it's super 90s, we had a family car this color once.

New! I also am digging this color

On the way down to the exit

Believe it or not, the little coffee place in the lobby sells delicious kuchen and torte. This is an erbeerkuchen
