This is my first time blogging! I'm about seven-eighth of the way packed. I'm waiting for laundry to be done before I'm done packing. And I had a surprise visit from a good friend from North Carolina today! It's kind of hindering the progress but I'm really happy that she is here. I've had a truly lovely send-off from everybody.
I have a girl who I've been emailing from Germany who's going to meet me at the airport, and I'm really relieved that I won't have to fend my way by myself.
I'm looking forward to dirndl shopping and breweries. But I'm also very nervous for traveling and leaving my fiancé and friends-and-family. I'm trying to finish making a jacket for a bridesmaid before I leave.
